Primary Responsibilities

• Document requirements for the specific request(s) to be worked
• Develop, test, and implement the specific request
• Communicate and coordinate directly with stakeholders impacted by the request
• Identify and resolve bugs throughout the development process
• Participate in the team's project delivery process
• Write documentation on new features and solutions
• Analyze data to generate reports
• Support of business processes
• Interaction with functional and technical teams as well as business customers

Skills Developed Through Internship

• Basic understanding of Directory Services, Digital Identity, Identity & Access Management (IAM), System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), User Lifecycle Management (ULM),
• Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
• Experience with Microsoft office products, Excel (Macros/VLookps, etc)
• Experience with IAM technologies including LDAP, SSO (Ping Federate), MFA, and PAM.

Education and Skills

• The candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related business discipline(s) with a 3.2 GPA or higher. Please submit a copy of your transcripts with your application

• Must be a self-starter capable of multitasking and efficiently managing your time in a dynamic environment while requiring minimal levels of supervision.
• Excellent writing, speaking, analytical, project management, organizational, and customer service skills
• Must possess communication & interpersonal skills necessary to deal courteously and effectively with a diverse group of individuals
