We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Marketing Intern who wants to jumpstart their career in information technology marketing and learn from an amazing team of marketing professionals. Under the supervision of a Senior Public Sector Marketing Manager, you will learn more about the cybersecurity market across federal, state, local and education verticals. This role will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of field marketing, providing critical support with planning and performance metrics reporting. You will gain valuable exposure throughout each phase of a campaign, from content ideation, execution and measuring results and lead funnel performance. Candidates must be at least a junior in college and have flexible hours. Preference will be given to candidates that are available to start immediately.


  • Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
  • Supporting pre and post event campaign performance efforts including lead list uploads
  • Maintaining marketing calendar event updates and communicating with key stakeholders
  • Assist in planning and staffing of trade shows
  • Design content for signage, collateral, email campaigns, and social media posts
  • Provide analysis of sales activity performance to support lead funnel progression goals

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's candidate in Marketing, Communications, English, or other related field/degree (graduating between December 2022 and August 2023)
  • Preferably located in the Washington DC Metropolitan area
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn marketing applications like Salesforce and Marketo
  • Familiarity with Google workspace apps
  • Flexibility to maintain a hybrid-remote work schedule
