Fall 2022 Project Coordinator Internship

The Project Coordinator Intern will work closely with the Project Management Team and assist with the tracking and reporting on project tasks to ensure the required deliverables are provided on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update assigned tasks. Use tools to monitor project task and activities. Track and monitor hardware shipments and delivery and identify where delays may occur.
• Ensure client site readiness and proactively identify issues and or roadblocks. Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to the project manager
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests
