Role

Outreach is looking for a student or recent graduate to join our upcoming Summer 2022 Professional Services Internship program! The Professional Services Internship is designed to prepare individuals for a career in a fast paced SaaS environment by immersing the individuals in all aspects of professional services and a consulting career path. 

As a Professional Services Intern you will work directly with consultants, project managers, and technical experts on Outreach platform implementations, training efforts, and more. Our software is designed to increase the efficiency and power of sales teams from all industries and regions. You’ll get firsthand experience and understanding of one of the fastest growing software platforms in the country.

We are currently accepting college juniors or seniors (or those with commensurate experience) who exemplify determination, coachability, creativity and curiosity. Basic Qualifications

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

• Help our Professional Services team implement new customers through project management, customer enablement, product knowledge and strategic initiatives
• Email new clients using the Outreach platform
• Assist with project management during active client projects
• Maintain a firm grasp on our value proposition and industry
• Participate in team events
• Learn from leaders in the field by being a part of continuing education and trainings

This is a paid internship with the intent to offer full time employment to qualified interns at the completion of the program.
