FIGS is hiring a Production Intern to play an integral role in a fast-growing medical apparel company. This internship offers motivated students the opportunity to gain fashion industry experience and work with FIGS!

We are looking for someone who has a desire to learn, tackles projects with attention to detail and a creative approach, and inspires others with a positive can-do attitude. This position is for someone who wants to jump in headfirst to make an immediate impact and work in a collaborative team environment. The intern will be supporting the daily functions of the Senior Director of Global Sourcing & Production and provide support to the Production team as needed. This role provides an incredible opportunity to learn about Production, processing, and distribution.

We are looking for someone available for a three month duration and able to work 15-20 hours a week out of our Santa Monica office. 

What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with the Production Sample Coordinator as well as provide support to other members of the Production team as needed
• Track shipments in transit 
• Receive and distribute packages 
• Processing and logging sample units into the photoshoot sample tracker
• Helping to organize samples by launch/category 
• Participating in hand-offs and sample reviews  

Qualifications:

• College student
• Ability to commit 15-20 hours per week
• Self-driven, positive, and able to manage multiple projects and shifting timelines
• Interest and ability to work in both a team environment and alone with minimal direction
• Microsoft Office / Google Doc experience
• Reliable method of transportation
• Must be able to lift and handle packages in excess of 40 lbs
• Not afraid to roll up your sleeves and dive in!
