Your Opportunity

Are you a top-notch student who is excited about solving the observability challenges faced by modern developers and operators?

As a Product Management Intern on the Telemetry Data Platform, you'll work closely with our customers to both share our vision and understand their observability challenges.

During this internship, you will be responsible for supporting our product strategy and vision, maintain strong relationships with customers and our partner ecosystem, work with Engineering to deliver breakthrough products, and growing the business in partnership with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
What You'll Do

  • Establish relationships our Account teams and Field teams in order to provide field and customer input into product decision-making processes
  • Identify core challenges our customers face and meticulously think through every aspect of the overall customer experience
  • Partner with user research to define market problems and opportunities and promote customer personas, user stories, and business cases

Your Qualifications

Must-have:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program from an accredited university, majoring in business/data analysis, research statistics, or a related field
  • Completed at least two years of an undergraduate program and will be returning to your program after the internship
  • Ability to express oneself clearly verbally and written, and tailor messages appropriately for a given audience
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead via influence, patience and determination
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills, including data analysis


Nice-to-have:

  • Solid understanding of how SaaS businesses work and SaaS metrics
  • Knowledge of relational data models and statistical principles
  • Technical/analytics background, based on relevant professional experience or formal education (e.g. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Math, or Statistics)
