The Role
We are looking for a Product and Tech Ops Intern to work with us over the summer, someone who is innately curious about learning and is creative and thoughtful when interacting with our internal teams and building relationships. You will work closely with our small and accomplished Ops team on a day to day basis.
 
What You’ll Do and Learn
  • Shadow, participate and learn the program management discipline with your mentor
  • Understand how cross functional programs are designed, planned and executed
  • Successful execution of assigned programs and/or tasks with regular check ins with your mentor
  • Draft and maintain documentation and artifacts to support program delivery
  • Provide visibility and publish status on your assigned programs
  • Act as conduit between Product Ops and Technology Ops
  • Expected to take ownership of deliverables, consult with Lark employees/managers to establish goals, review progress, and present solutions to leadership
What You’ll Need
  • In pursuit of a Bachelor's Degree at an Accredited University-Business Administration- Operations/Communications major
  • Sophomore or Junior level coursework completed-Must be returning to school the semester after the internship
  • Strong academic performance (3.0 GPA minimum)
  • Be highly motivated and self-driven
  • Out of the box thinking to develop innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • General knowledge for the role

Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States.  The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.  The position begins on or about May 15th and ends August 31st. You are expected to work 24-40 hours a week and will be paid based on your education level.  This position will be remote.
