Siemens Healthineers is hiring a full time, summer intern for our PC Depot in Malvern, PA!

What this role is about:

Siemens Healthineers Summer Internship program is a full-time, fully immersive internship program designed to complement your education with real-world experience. This program will allow you to take on the Power of BI projects, working closely and cross-functionally with IT leaders. This is an amazing opportunity to make a measurable impact.

As an intern within the PC Depot, you will contribute to creating world-class reporting technology by developing and improvement of dashboards utilizing the Power of BI, as well as developing custom reports. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work across the NAM IT team at the organization to power our systems and solutions with insightful data. You will thrive in this role if you are passionate about taking on new tasks, roles, responsibilities, organized and excited to make an impact.

What you'll do:
• Build dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics and empower stakeholders with analytics
• Work with the PC Lifecycle Manager and Depot Operations Manager to learn our processes for collecting, cleaning, processing, and analyzing data to develop important strategic recommendations and business decisions
• Proactively make recommendations for initiatives to improve and maintain dashboards
• Collaborate with stakeholders across NAM IT and Human Resources
• Execute key strategic initiatives
• Own an impactful project (or multiple!) from start to finish
• Assist the team with additional ad hoc projects

Key Activities: Build Dashboards and custom reports to track key metrics and empower stakeholders with analytics. Assist in the development digitalizing current paper-based processes into the PowerApp family. Dashboards with visualization for reporting. Automatic scripting for generation of files. Integration with SaSS Based clients. Documentation of process and architecture will be required and presented to management

What we're looking for in our ideal candidate:
• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Systems, Computer Science, Information Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Cybersecurity, Systems & Networking Administration
• A minimum of a 3.2 GPA
• Rising Junior, Senior or Grad student
• A working knowledge of analytics
• Experience in the following tools:

• Excel
• Power Point
• Microsoft Power BI
• PowerApps Canvas
• Power Automate
• Dataverse
• PHP
• JavaScript
• PowerShell,
• Python (data libraries such as pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, SKLearn, etc.)
• Amazon QuickSight
• Tableau
• Data Studio
• Basic proficiency with SQL a plus

• Creating and sharing presentations
• Strong work ethic and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently, depending on the nature of the work
• Highly self-motivated with tons of initiative
• Sharp attention to detail and a high standard for excellence
• No ego - our team believes in "purpose over pride" where no task is beneath us
• Operates with urgency and thrives in a fast-paced and ever-changing work environment
• Minimum of a 3.2 GPA
