As a OEM Market Development Intern, you will be responsible for facilitating and implementing market growth strategies for both short and long-term growth. The Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Market Development team is focused on broad organizational objectives across multiple internal and external stakeholders. The OEM Market Development Team is an inflection point to the market on new product introduction for a given market segment.
Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for market strategy formation, messaging, and deployment of the business model within a given market segment
  • Responsible for product position, and product portfolio in a given market segment
  • Will create and work with deployment team on segmentation white papers, solution selling guides, and technical industry highlights
  • Accountable for market segmentation communication on various platforms i.e.: US segmentation page, commercial ERP, and new product introduction for external stakeholders
  • Will act as an internal consultant for customer presentations, training, catalogs, application guide forms, specification bulletins, and stocking strategy guide
  • Platform Ecosystem: Responsible for the setup of the general market approach by aligning structure, organizations, and communication
  • Business Ecosystem: Responsible for the center of the market lead activities and its environment and the formation of our market-driven strategy
  • Innovation Ecosystem: Acts as a market advisor to the products and technology that drives the market and our company's positioning
Your background

  • Currently enrolled in Bachelor's (an engineering, science, or business major preferred)
