As a Marketing Operations Intern, a typical day might include:
- Participating in data analysis to generate insights on and improvements to sales and marketing efficiencies
- Diving into project work with weekly progress goals and providing updates to key stakeholders within various business functions
- Organizing and manipulating large data sets
- Interfacing with customer base on their product experience
- Validating and analyzing data to support reporting and analytics
- Continuing to build and validate our extensive Customer and Prospect contact database
- Conducting market analysis and presenting findings to Sales and Marketing leadership
- Adapting to a rapidly changing environment

- Excellent with interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team-oriented environment
- Actively pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Must have strong practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) as well as Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Bonus Points for:
- Knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Bullhorn)
- Knowledge of Marketo or other marketing automation systems
- Previous experience at a SaaS company
