What You’ll Bring to the Team
We are looking for a Marketing Intern to be an integral part of our marketing team at Florence working closely with the VP of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator. This role will lead our field marketing activities (events and tradeshows), helping us to establish ourselves as the brand leaders in technology for clinical research. This individual will also helps us in marketing research activities, data mining, and business intelligence activities. This is a paid internship for student pursuing a college degree.
You will:
- Plan and coordinate trade show and Florence event logistics to maximize brand exposure and lead generation.
- This includes over 24 tradeshows around the globe, and monthly user group meetings in various cities around the U.S.
- Build and execute marketing plans to drive attendee engagement at events.
- Execute email marketing campaigns via Salesforce/Pardot
- Create landing pages that maximize conversions for meetings at events
- Design display ads that target event attendees to drive digital engagement including landing pages, display ads, and email campaigns, to drive attendee engagement at events
- Assist in formulating marketing message by conducting market research
- Assist in formulating product strategy and development through marketing and competitive research
An Ideal Candidate has:
- Completed at least one year in pursuing of a degree in Marketing
- Strong written and communication skills
- An eye for detail
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines at once
- Desire to work in a startup/fast paced environment
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plus.
