Role overview
The Marketing Content Intern, reporting to the Content Specialist, is responsible for developing a streamlined system to communicate content plans and assets to senior executives, as well as across teams. They will write decks and documents to organize and distribute the information, including the creation of usable prospect-facing copy for the sales teams. This role will have daily visibility, coordination and interaction with members of several teams across Marketing and Sales.
A day in the life...

• Maintain and improve the bi-weekly Content Newsletter, a critical tool in sharing assets across teams
• Attend regular content team meetings and work with all members of the team to gather the information needed for the newsletter
• Write copy for the newsletter including blurbs about each asset for use by the Sales and Demand teams
• Track the status of content assets and update decks to be shared with senior executives
• Generate fresh ideas about how to best communicate with key stakeholders, from improvement of format, design, delivery, or how we communicate (Slack, internal blog etc.)
• Take on additional opportunities to write, edit, proofread, adding to or starting your portfolio

What we are looking for...

• Undergraduate student in Marketing, Communications, English or other related major
• Excellent writer who thrives on collaboration
• Strong project management skills
• No experience required but be eager to learn
• A sense of fun and mischief welcome
