Marketing Analytics Intern
About the Role:
The Marketing Analytics Intern within the Marketing Operations team is responsible for developing Machine Learning models to provide insights to the commercial organization. This role will be responsible for showcasing the analytical insights to the stakeholders via machine learning models that help in making informed marketing decisions.
Project description:
- Responsible for designing, creating, testing and deploying AI/ML models for the commercial organization
- Build Propensity to convert models using Datarobot auto AI/ML tool
- Design the datasets to feed to DataRobot
- Work with DataRobot and internal PE teams to ensure smooth data transition between 10X and DataRobot
- Build a suite of models to determine the propensity of a new/existing lead (or account) to convert to a Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) - based on the profile of the lead as well as the campaign interactions
- Ensuring that the output of the models are captured in Salesforce for the sales teams to access
- Work with digital operations team to run a pilot of the newly developed model before replacing the existing AQL (Automated Qualified Lead) methodology
- Challenge the status quo and provide new solutions to existing problems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, analytics, business or other related fields
- Current graduate student in data science,business, operations or other related fields
- Experience building datasets using SQL in Snowflake/ Teradata for use with model building
- Required experience in machine learning and building models
- Preferred expertise in working with visualization tools such as Tableau
- Preferred experience in working with marketing data in Salesforce and Marketo
