We are looking for a full-time intern to assist our Legal team during the Summer of 2019!

What you will be doing:

• Conduct legal research and analysis as needed;
• Provide administrative support to the legal department;
• Daily tasks related to data privacy;
• Attend meetings on behalf of the legal department as needed and provide synopsis and recommendations as to next actions;
• Review and analyze a variety of contracts ranging from revenue, employment, and vendor agreements;
• Prepare presentations on various topics as needed;
• Assist in developing program management processes and solutions;
• Ensure the success of the legal department by offering support as needed;
• Specific projects to be determined.

Here is what you will need to know/have:

• 1st or 2nd year law student.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Strong personal and interactive skills.
• High degree of attention to detail.
