The opportunity

Unity Technologies is looking for a Salesforce Developer (SFDC) Intern to join our Salesforce Business Systems Team. Throughout the summer, you will support our daily global operations, working alongside functional analysts and systems administrators. You can look forward to learning how to maintain a Salesforce system in a global organization.

What you’ll be doing

• Participate in requirements gathering, grooming tickets, and maintaining JIRA backlogs
• Triage and ensure accurate assignment of support tickets
• Shadow Senior Business Analysts on project meetings and learn more of the day to day in the role
• Document processes and create team knowledge sites, including business partner knowledge
• Build WalkMe flows and help system owner document WalkMe trainings
• Attend SFDC team weekly meetings

What we’re looking for

• Current student pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent and returning to the degree program after the completion of the internship for at least one semester
• Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality
• Good organizational skills and solid attention to detail with excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Good understanding of the systems life cycle
• Microsoft Office and concise presentation skills
