Your Career
As an Intern on the Global Service Provider (GSP) Sales team, you’ll be supporting work with our key Service Providers (SPs) to build new managed service offerings. These offers allow a SP to manage the cybersecurity infrastructure of their customers. You will work cross-functionally, program managing initiatives, measuring key performance indicators (KPIs) and communicating executive-level summaries. The goal is to bring solutions to market faster and with increased profitability for our SP partners.
You will work with our Sales and Systems Engineering team that is dedicated to support the Service Providers. In this role, you will work closely with members of the Training/Enablement , Marketing, IT, and Customer Services teams to name a few. The result is an actionable plan to increase revenue through our SPs, as well as enhance the technical readiness of their sales and support engineers.

Analyze business operations and build an actionable strategic plan to close gaps
Maintain deliverable projects, timelines and metrics reporting
Communicate findings clearly to a broad range of shareholders
Research and create a ‘toolkit’ of available training content, certification programs and demo capabilities
Collaborate with training teams in the company to fill gaps in the ‘toolkit’
Collect the details of the demographics/personas of the individuals that require training
Define business outcomes for enablement efforts and design initiatives/campaigns to support the goals
Design ongoing enablement programs to develop a community of interest at the SPs and drive brand loyalty to Palo Alto Networks
Champion the utilization of MSSP-specific certifications/credentials
Qualifications
Your Experience
Majoring in Business or Equivalent
An interest in Sales/Systems Engineering and solving customer challenges
Analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure solutions to complex problems
Strong communicator with ability to seek first to understand, and then, create recommendations
Self-starter, highly motivated with curiosity to learn about and influence the business
Works well within a matrixed environment, with ability to manage simultaneous projects, and tight deadlines
To apply, you must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above, a 2-year Master's Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall
Prior knowledge of cybersecurity is a plus
