Our Fort Mill, SC location is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented sales intern to join our sales team! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable and is in school for the next 12 months.

The position is expected to start early June.

THE POSITION

During this 8 - 10 week internship program, our Sales Interns will get a firsthand look at the life of a field sales employee.

The intern will also receive mentoring/training in the following:• 1-on-1 mentoring with senior sales executives • Ride along with experienced sales reps during customer visits• Participate and network during our mid-year sales conference in July• Opportunity to contribute to high level sales strategy projects• Small group discussion sessions on Continental's go-to-market strategies

Portions of the program may be remote while other trainings will require all expenses paid travel to our Fort Mill, SC Tire headquarters and other locations in the US.

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in sales or related field• Expected graduation date 12/2022 or 5/2023• Able to work 40 hours per week during normal business hours• Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8• Intermediate/Advance Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)• Must be able to travel• Must have valid driver's license• Must be 21 years old (for car rentals)• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required.
