As a 2022 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 6, 2022 and conclude on August 12, 2022.
About The Team
The RISC Education and Awareness team focuses on elevating Risk, Information Security, and Compliance (RISC) culture across all of FIS. The team delivers engaging communications and awareness activities focused on risk, security, sustainability, and compliance concepts, requirements, and best practices to colleagues around the globe and throughout all functions of FIS. Innovation and creativity are key to realizing the change we're striving for and the team creates and delivers global campaigns utilizing a variety of medium (including but not limited to presentation applications, internal phishing campaign tools, video creation software, electronic banners, and more).
Interacting with all functions in the business, from Information Security to Marketing to Operations, means excellent communication, adaptability and flexibility are key to ensuring we're pro viding education and awareness on the right risks at the right time, using the right delivery mechanisms. Members of the team gain a unique perspective of where and how FIS is growing and use innovative techniques to bring messages to all geographies in which FIS operates. Our energetic and enthusiastic team develops strategic partnerships required to reach colleagues and execute numerous overlapping awareness campaigns throughout the year.
What You Will Be Doing

• Developing your understanding of RISC principles and gaining insights into numerous areas of our business and RISC organization
• You will undertake project that will push you to develop your written and verbal communication skills through interaction with colleagues from all functions of the business
• You'll sharpen your presentation skills, both in-person and virtual through formal and informal interactions with leadership, as you help build our RISC culture
• You will support projects with Subject Matter Experts from across the RISC organization, developing a strong understanding of RISC principles and using your engaging, outgoing, and energetic personality to communicate these principles to a global audience
• You will identify new communications mediums and will bring your perspective of how to use these to better develop our RISC culture

What You Bring

• Rising Senior (graduating December 2022 through May 2023)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
