As one of our interns, you will gain a comprehensive introduction to our business. You'll be assigned to a team and work on real-life projects that bring our products and services to life. On the job training and professional development will be provided to enable you to contribute to the business. You'll also have direct access to a senior member of the team, as each intern will be mentored to help you make the most of the 11-week program. There will also be an end of program project and presentation.

What Does the Internship Program Offer?

Successful candidates will spend 11 weeks working within our Production & Digital Studio teams.

You will be paid for the duration of your internship. The internship begins on Monday, June 6th and ends Wednesday August 18th 2022. This is a remote internship opportunity.

What are we looking for in an Intern

  • Enrolled in an undergraduate degree
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to discuss any issues with a wide variety of individuals and groups
  • Creative and innovative skills with regards to knowledge and awareness of industry trends and digital advances as they relate to new opportunities and business needs
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to learn quickly and apply learning to problems or activities
  • A strategic thinker and listener who acquires good problem-solving techniques
  • An organized team player who can manage multiple tasks, work independently and think strategically

  • Min 3.0 GPA
  • Graduation date between 2023 and 2025
  • Ability to create content to deadline and with attention to detail, focusing on understanding and pitching to a target audience
  • Familiarity with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook etc. and an interest in Rights & Permissions


Job Description

Assist Rights & Permissions Managers in tasks related to project management of US HE products

  • Support in setting up suppliers in Oracle
  • Special Projects assigned by R&P Manager
  • Responsible for gathering and organizinginformation and documents shared by R&P Mangers
  • Pulling data from Tableau and sharing with Managers and Directors
  • Other projects as assigned within Rights & Permissions


As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Pearson provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $7,350 - $11,000. This position is not bonus or benefits eligible.
