Summary:
InterDigital is seeking a summer intern to help us convert database table definitions into Polybase data lake views.
Job Responsibilities:
- Convert database table definitions into Polybase data lake views according to our specifications and methods.
- Collaborate with the data warehousing team to verify that the new views match the original tables.
- Collaborate with other report writers and analysts throughout the organization to coordinate tools and methods.
Qualifications
- Actively pursuing bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study
- At least 1 course on T-SQL or equivalent
- Azure stack a plus
- Experience working with an Agile team a plus.
- Strong ability to work well individually as well as collaborating within cross-functional project teams.
- Attention to detail and a collaborative and continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to raise issues appropriately and proactively bring forward solutions.
