JOB OVERVIEW

As part of the Corporate Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to work on strategic projects in areas such as Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Inclusion, Internal Recruiting, HR Operations, and other assignments supporting HR Business Partner teams.Bringing your project management skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and analytical thinking to this role, you will be part of a team that supports both enterprise-wide projects and make an impact in your office.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to project manage projects to completion
• Assists with gathering analytical, making recommendations, and generating reports
• Works with the HR Team and Managers, communicating with internal and external customers
• Comfortable working on a variety of different short, medium and long term projects
• Answers routine questions related to HR policies and procedures
• Able to adapt communication to the appropriate audience

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Microsoft Projects or similar software
• Previous experience with an HR Systems preferred
• Project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong teaming/interpersonal skills
• Must be able to prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities
• Ability to function in a continuously changing environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Students with 2-3 years of relevant coursework completed in one of the following majors: Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology
• Previous internship or prior experience preferred, but not required.
