About the Role:

Panorama’s Implementation Team ensures that we successfully integrate key data streams so that student data is accurately and clearly rendered in the Panorama Student Success platform. You will collaborate mostly internally with Implementation Leads and client-facing project teams to improve processes and execute client projects on time and error-free. We serve with empathy as our clients are sophisticated users of data and educate thousands of students every day.  

Responsibilities:

  • Support client intake by presenting technical specifications to project teams to ensure that clients have a clear understanding of expectations and requirements, including the types and formats of the data exchanged
  • Partner with project teams to understand, design, and deliver the technical elements of a project, related to systems integrations 
  • Identify and work through technical roadblocks that may impact client integration projects, such as correct data export formats (e.g. Direct Access / SFTP) and collaborate internally to troubleshoot client needs and explore solutions
  • Perform quality assurance (QA) checks on our integrations to ensure error-free launches
  • Investigate, prioritize, and advocate for upstream tooling or process changes that cause quality assurance issues

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Availability to work 40 hours per week
  • A 6 month commitment for this internship - June through December 2022
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree (majoring in Business, Economics, Marketing, Education, Sales, Communications, Social Impact, Entrepreneurship or another related field)
  • Mac and PC-based applications experience, with an emphasis on Google Suite, Microsoft Office. Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, basic coding is a plus. 
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills and problem solving capabilities
  • Focus on meeting customer needs and maintaining customer satisfaction. 
  • Ability to identify and communicate when putting action plans in place for completion.

Panorama excitedly hosts two in-person "all team meetings" a year. All Panoramians attend and travel/hotels are provided. (Paused due to Covid)
