The Headlines:
As a Human Resources Intern you will be part of our Early Talent Program. Our Early Talent Program is Molson Coors' undergraduate summer internship program, where students are exposed to the beverage industry, engaged in real-world problem-solving, and immersed in social and educational opportunities with other interns. The internship is a full-time summer position from May 8 - August 11 (Canada interns) and May 31 - August 11 (U.S. interns).
Housing assistance is available to candidates who meet eligibility requirements. Applicants must be an undergraduate student (enrolled in undergraduate courses), during the summer internship, to participate in the Early Talent Program. Interns who successfully complete the Early Talent Program are considered for full-time positions within Molson Coors Beverage Company, upon graduation.
We have three HR internship opportunities - you will work on either the talent acquisition, people development, or HR Business Partner team but you will also be able to work in other areas of HR and have exposure to various projects.
The Responsibilities:
- You are pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
- An HR project focused in one of the following areas: Talent Acquisition, Organizational Effectiveness, People Development, Total Rewards, and HR Business Partners
- Assist with recruiting, sourcing, diversity & inclusion (talent acquisition focus)
- Support enterprise onboarding and delivery, and support virtual learning module initiatives (people development focus)
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to contribute to MCBC HR objectives
