Human Resources Intern (Part Time)- Remote at Vistaprint

What You Will Do:
In this position, you will have the opportunity to gain experience and enhance your real-world work acumen by working with multiple functions within the broader HR team such as Employee Engagement, Benefits and Compensation. This is a full-time remote role with expectation of working 20-30 hours per week.
- Support the HR Engagement Program Leads responsible for the design, administration and execution of the company's employee engagement program
- Respond to manager inquiries about Peakon, our 3rd party engagement tool
- Audit and maintain integrity of employee data in the survey tool
- Process vendor invoices
- Draft content to present in meetings, collateral for training and FAQs for use in presentation and posted content
- Analyze data and ad hoc survey results
- Draft content for internal Wellbeing site to communicate US benefits programs and resources
- Establish a Classes With Customers "program" to engage with a list of identified customers to post their fitness content in the Learning Management System

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Communication or a related field
- Experience with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

- Proactive and fast-learner who is able to multi-task and prioritize amongst several consecutive projects
- Professional, discreet and comfortable handling sensitive and confidential employee data
