An internship in HR will include the responsibility of leading organizational strategy in step with our business leaders. We
feel that Human Resources is about driving strategy, not just pushing policies. Your role will be helping the organization

Qualifications

We believe this opportunity is ideal for you if:• You're an academically high-achieving sophomore (graduating in 2024) working towards a BA, BS, BBS degree in HR, or related field of study (Business, Industrial/Labor Relations, Organizational Behavior, Psychology, etc.)• You have leadership experience in your degree program or extra-curricular organizations• You thrive in situations where you need little direction to have an impact on decision-making
