Summary

We are looking for an aspiring Human Resources professional to be our Human Resources Intern. In this position, you will learn the ins-and-outs of the HR department and support a seamless employee experience across different functions within Human Resources, While learning and gaining human resources experience is your primary concern in this role, you also perform a variety of administrative duties, such as organizing employee records, helping employees learn Human Resourcepolicies, and learn compliance with Federal/State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Complete various administrative duties as needed
• Help keep the HR office organized
• Participate and support in organizing company events
• Provides clerical support to the HR team
• Conduct audits of data and other HR programs
• Maintains a high level of confidentiality when working with Employees
• Participates in Semi-Annual Compensation Review

Preferred Skills

• Currently pursuing a degree in human resources or business administration
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Administrative experience a plus
• The ability to work as part of a growing team
• Detailed oriented
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel

Physical Demands and Working Conditions

• Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for an extended period of time.
• Ability to travel and attend events where one may be standing for long periods of time.
