Job Description
Daxko is looking for an HR/Recruiting Intern to join the Talent Team during the summer of 2022. Under the team’s guidance, you will gain exposure to the operations behind Daxko’s ability to hire, develop and retain the best, dedicated talent. While with Daxko you will gain insights into the Talent team (HR/Recruiting), HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Diversity & Inclusion and HR technology.
**This is a 12-week, part-time (20 hours/week), paid internship.
The HR/Recruiting Intern reports to the Director, Recruiting.
You will also:
- Provide a quality candidate experience through facilitating the interview process between candidates and hiring managers
- Learn the how behind the why by support the Talent team with administrative tasks
- Partner with the Recruiting and Marketing teams to promote the Daxko employer brand via #daxkonation social media channels
- Assist the Daxko Culture Committee with activities to engage our team members
- Work with members of the Talent team on projects to enhance the team member experience
- Learn, learn, learn! And have some fun!

Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate-level program – HR, Business, or Marketing preferred
- Passionate about inclusion and diversity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be tech-savvy (social, MS Office, Slack, Zoom)
- Willingness to learn and openness to professional growth
- Must be available to work 20 hours/week (flexible on schedule)
