STR is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to assist with our HR department’s needs to support recruiting, onboarding, training and development, and other HR projects. This role will have the opportunity to work closely with various team leads in HR while obtaining industry insight.

What you will do:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Execute on recruiting activities to support the fast-growing needs of the recruiting function
  • Participate in onboarding tasks
  • Assist with learning and development initiatives
  • Update employee records

Requirements

What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
  • Proven experience working in an office environment
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detail-oriented

What are some social events your company does?

To create and foster connections among employees, STR hosts community events monthly. These include paint nights, trivia nights, cooking classes, and other exciting activities. Throughout the year, STR holds fun contests including a Movement Challenge and an Ugly Sweater Contest. To bring everyone together, STR also hosts a Holiday Party each year.

What’s the vibe like in the office?

It's pretty fun to work at a place that does good things and treats its employees really well.
