• Assist with the full cycle talent acquisition process
• Active sourcing of candidates
• Interviewing candidates via MS Teams
• Scheduling and participating in MS Teams interviews with the hiring managers
• Maintaining a workflow of candidates in Workday
• Maintain reports on the status of the hiring process and recruiting metrics
• Create and post job requisitions
• Provide additional HR support on projects and tasks as needed

Why you belong at 4flow

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree and enrolled at a junior or senior level
• Currently majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Teams, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
