HR Intern (Summer 2022)
Continental Resources' Summer Internship Program provides:

- Opportunity to present their summer projects to experienced professionals and members of management.
The Human Resources intern will work with recruiting, employee relations, benefits and compensation on various projects to further understanding of the HR field.
In addition to a summer project, the Human Resources intern will also have the opportunity to:
- Work with recruiters and managers to review resumes and screen candidates
- Assist in implementation and testing of HR systems
- Conducts audits on various HR processes
- Draft memorandum of findings and make recommendations
- Personal commitment to inclusion and diversity
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in 4 year college or university;
- Working towards a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field;
- Minimum 3.0 GPA for consideration (transcripts required);
- Excellent analytical, verbal and written communications skills;
- Strong customer focus and a team player;
- Possess good time management skills;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
- Professional appearance and demeanor; and
- Eligible to work permanently in the United States upon graduation.
