Job Description
What you'll do:
Our Global Talent (HR) organization is hiring for highly motivated interns that will be working in any of the following groups below:
Global Talent Care Delivery & Process Excellence Intern:
GT Care is our HR Shared Services team, who provide the support and service for all general HR inquiries, as well as key moments that matter in the employee lifecycle (e.g. onboarding/offboarding). A GT Care intern would
- Analyze user experience data and provide recommendations to address business needs
- Document, review and ensure that all quality and change control standards are met
- Collaborate and pair with other Global Talent team members (HR Business Partners, Recruiting, Care Delivery, etc.) to map system solutions
- Create solutions where information is easy to find, consume, and understand
- Communicate ideas and solutions to end user and product team members
- Participate in and contribute to learning activities around modern software design and developing core practices (communities of practice).
Talent Acquisition Intern:
Our Talent Acquisition team is on an incredible multi-year journey to define and build best in class recruiting from the ground up.
- Support candidate coordination in partnership with Recruiters and Recruiting Coordinators
- Create an outstanding experience for candidates
- Educate and enable the Talent Acquisition (TA) team and business to scale by advising on TA policies and process steps
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
- Participate in both team- and organization-wide initiatives and assist with various Talent Acquisition/Global Talent projects
Early in Career Hiring Intern:
Our Early in Career team drives organizational growth and culture by hiring and developing future generations of ServiceNow leaders and innovators. An Early in Career Hiring intern would:
- Own key projects/deliverables such as defining policy and process for EIC referrals
- Enable sourcing readiness by leading an EIC referral drive during the summer for season kick off
- Partner to support the internship program in key events.
- Engage in all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to screen, to closing candidates
- Oversee all aspects of projects and work cross-functionally with key stakeholders.
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of project(s).
- Be the main driver in ensuring that projects come to completion and will get the opportunity to present your findings to upper management.
- Learn about change management and communications for projects you are involved in.
DIBS Program Support Intern:
Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (DIBs) is central to ServiceNow’s values, and we are weaving it every aspect of how we recruit. Our DIBS Programs Team lead projects and partnerships that help to create a richly diverse and equitable workforce where every candidate feels moments of belonging. A DIBs Program Support Intern would:
- Assist in building and coordinating virtual recruiting events
- Support the launch of internal virtual training sessions
- Partner with the Talent Brand team to develop talent brand content (incl. videos)
- Develop quick reference guides and other educational tools for the recruiting team, hiring managers and interviewers.
- Develop communication materials across various channels to increase awareness and understanding of DIBs among employees
Qualifications
Who you are:
- Actively enrolled in an accredited university as a full-time student, pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Social Science, or related field
- Must be returning for at least one final term after the summer internship
- Excellent communicator and collaborator, with an aptitude for building strong relationships with both team members and stakeholders
- Desire to eventually work in an HR function for a technology company.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bias toward execution, a doer that pays attention to details.
- Strong personal accountability to achieve goals and meet delivery dates
- Creativity and confidence to bring new ideas and provide feedback and input
- Passion for diversity, inclusion and belonging
- Experience in managing projects and knowledge of diversity and inclusion.
