The Red Hat Global Partner and Technical Enablement (GPTE) team is looking for an Intern to assist with and support a number of enablement programs in Raleigh, NC. The GPTE team is responsible for enabling Red Hat's solutions architects and consultants as well as partners. You will support these programs and processes and analyze collected program data to help inform decisions and enhancements that we will need to make. If you are detail-oriented and enjoy collaborating with others to work towards a common goal, gathering information, and analyzing and developing recommendations, you could be a great fit.
What you will do

  • Perform operational process analysis, review existing processes, identify needs and possible duplication of efforts, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Support process improvement initiatives, including collaborating within and outside of the Business Operations team to define net-new processes for curriculum management, enablement requests, and live instruction, as appropriate
  • Review and refine existing process documentation around curriculum management, enablement requests, and live instruction, as appropriate
  • Build and refine business presentations
  • Communicate progress on projects and initiatives to leadership and stakeholders
  • Align with existing standards, while being flexible enough to work in a highly dynamic and evolving environment


What you will bring

  • Ability to work full-time May-August
  • Currently pursuing a degree; if you have graduated, be no more than 6 months past your graduation date
  • Proficient in office applications (particularly G Suite), especially spreadsheets and presentation software
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse audiences
  • Ability to work on your own with guidance
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently to meet short and medium-term goals
