Description
- Build a useful costing file through analyzing plant profitability by item using labor, overhead, packaging, cheese, and trim costs.
- Identify the top ten customers by sales channel and analyze the impact on the sales channel's total profitability.
- Provide a full operations-through-sales profitability for two key customers.
- Present an understanding of how the economy plays a role in dairy, historically.
- Complete project work as assigned.
