How you will make your mark:

• You will provide complex and occasionally highly complex financial analysis for a financial function or a business, typically exercising an exceptional understanding of the business to determine the best method for achieving objectives.
• You will consult with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.
• You will forecast financial results within a broad scope.
• You will lead business initiatives, typically leading analysts across multiple sub-functions within finance.
• You will identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the design.
• You will represent the business unit during cross-regional or cross functional planning processes.
• You will provide mentoring and guidance to analysts.
• You will have the ability to influence multiple organizations within a broad scope, typically interacting with directors and Vice President (VP)s.

About you:

• You are currently enrolled in a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or Masters of Accounting (MAcc) degree program
• You have exceptional leadership capabilities with a global mindset
• You have exceptional business acumen and ability to partner with business leaders
• You have good PC and database knowledge and project/process management skills
• You are results-oriented and a champion of change
• You are committed to quality and integrity
• You have a high tolerance for ambiguity
• You are a self-starter
• You have an excellent understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis, with advanced knowledge in one area
• You have excellent analytical skills
• You have excellent business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel)
• You have excellent communication and influencing skills
• You have superior teamwork skills
• You have exceptional business acumen
• You have good project management skills
