Executive Intern (Centennial Yards)
The Executive Intern assists in the day-to-day executive operations of the President’s office including processing and managing the execution of certain tasks in the development of Centennial Yards as determined by the President. The Executive Intern must be able to work efficiently in a fast paced, multi-task environment with competing priorities and multiple project relationships.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Support the President and Management Team assisting in day-to-day executive operations
- Manage and create reports
- Research and track the latest industry trends as directed or required for assigned projects
- Special projects as assigned
- Attend/assist operations/marketing meetings and follow up with appropriate parties as needed
- Work on for sale, multi-family, commercial and/or retail mixed-use projects
- Attend all Development Team Meetings
- Assist other team members in Development when needed
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student in an accredited college or university in a real estate development related field (i.e., Engineering, Architecture, Construction, etc.)
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel)
- Ability to work on a fixed schedule 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday

- Ability to work independently and proactively evaluate/address work opportunities within the area of responsibility.
- Ability to solve practical problems.
