Summary: This position is responsible for providing comprehensive support for the Experience Relationship Leader and Events Planner.

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist in planning and execution of events, including logistics, fulfillment, local on-site event support, and administrative support, as needed.

Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders during event planning.

Maintain and summarize budgets for events and sponsorships, including timely processing of invoices.

Coordinate promotional items, including ordering and inventory control.

Assist with hotel reservations as it relates to meetings & events.

Maintain and facilitate efficient workflow by prioritizing tasks.

Interact in a professional manner with key leadership, management, and agents during meetings and events.

Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to deliver on projects and initiatives.

Maintain overall events calendar.

Will work in a hybrid work setting that will include some work in home office and potential travel to event locations.

As an intern, you will participate in our summer Internship Development Program (10-week program in summer) designed to expose students through networking, mentoring, hands-on experience, community service and a corporate project.

What You'll Bring To The Company:

Majors in Hospitality, Marketing, or Operations preferred. Must demonstrate proven ability to pay attention to detail, communicate effectively and professionally with all levels within the organization, and possess strong organizational skills. Must be proficient with common business software that includes Excel, Windows, Word, and PowerPoint. Ideal candidate would work 15+ hours weekly starting January 2022 during school schedule and work full-time schedule of 38.75 hours outside of school schedule.
