Job Scope:
This role will be a part of a newly created ES Operations team and will report up to the Head of ES Operations.
This intern will have the opportunity to partner with the Operations in:
Driving strategic alignment and operational excellence across the Employee Success organization
Cross-functional projects from conceptualization to execution; focus on top priority projects
Identify process improvement engagements; audit and assess processes, design improvements, and create new processes
Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analyses to develop strategic recommendations
Deliver strategy consulting services and lead strategic projects
Qualifications:
Graduate Students/Undergraduate rising seniors.
Strong project management and operational aptitude with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
Self-starters who are results-oriented, resourceful, analytical, innovative, intellectually curious and who take initiative and risks.
Excellent written and verbal skills with a strong attention to detail.
Demonstrate strong ability to embrace and adapt to change, take initiative and showcase curiosity, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office tools/programs.
Previous work experience, clubs, volunteerism, or internships is a plus.
Passion for creating a more inclusive and equitable workforce with an interest in diversity & inclusion and employer branding.

Independently own projects from conception to completion
Availability:
Part-time [12-week internship]
Must be available to start either February 8, 2022 or February 15, 2022
