As a Networking Operations Intern, you’ll join a team that provides first line support and troubleshooting for large scale production issues as well as implementing Data Center builds. Working closely with both the Network Engineering team and Systems Operations, network operations ensures maximum uptime of services and speedy resolution of all issues.
We are seeking candidates who are interested in Networking Operations internships at the following locations:

  • Santa Monica, CA
  • San Francisco, CA


Responsibilities :

  • Provide first line support for all network issues
  • Work with Network Engineering to implement Data Center Builds
  • Produce accurate documentation for any new builds or procedures
  • Performing routine hardware and software upgrades and configurations


Basic Qualifications :

  • Interest in computer networking and TCP/IP protocols
  • Experience working with Cisco or Artista Networks
  • Network Administration experience preferred


Required Education :
Currently enrolled undergraduate student studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field at an accredited college/university and returning to school following the internship.
Additional Information :

  • At the time of application, must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must not have completed one year of continual employment on a Disney internship or program
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must provide full work availability
  • Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are May/June - August/September 2022. Interns must be fully available for the duration of a 12 week assignment.
