You will be a key contributor to our Marketing Programs team here in Boston; helping build a world class marketing machine across our global markets. In this role, you will have an immediate impact supporting and executing global marketing and demand generation programs. You will be able to use your creativity to generate new ideas, and will work closely with the broader marketing team to gain an understanding of processes and functions of marketing at Acquia.
What will you do? Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist in the coordination, promotion and optimization of global marketing campaigns through our demand generation channels
- Support our paid search and social media activities
- Contribute to our account based marketing program for targeted accounts
- Provide weekly reports on campaign metrics and insights; assist in analyzing and optimizing performance of activities
- Create & edit copy for various marketing campaigns
- Support organizing webinars and user groups
- Support project management efforts of marketing programs team
- Use your creativity to help generate new marketing ideas
This hands-on role would be a great first job for a recent marketing/communications graduate and could even be entertained as a role for someone still in school who is interested in building practical marketing skills and gaining an understanding of how a global marketing team operates. This co-op role will be for a duration of six months.
Are you qualified?
You are pursuing a degree in Marketing or Communications with a solid academic record. You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable with multi-tasking. You have excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast paced, high energy environment. You’re able to work well as part of a team, but also independently and look for opportunities to own projects that deliver results. You have a passion for marketing, an interest in the technology industry, and a willingness to learn.
