Job Description:
College/University Graduate hires (within 12 months of graduation per the company's definition) undergoing a specific training and development path within the EMEA Graduate Program.
Responsibilities:
Apprentice includes students working at the company who are enrolled in apprenticeship programs in association with their university. Typically used in countries where specialized apprenticeship programs exist. College Interns are university students who are working at the company during their study or in summer breaks between university semesters. College Intern is only used in selected countries where it is not the practice to differentiate based on academic year completed.
Education and Experience Required:
Enrolled in University.
Responsibilities
- Work with Cyber Res security team leadership to identify , document , create policies, and identify new tools.
- Work with Cyber Res security team to document capability and maturity levels .
- Work with product teams to gather and provide information needed for security certification s and validations such as Common Criteria and FIPS (Federal Information Processing Standard) .
- Document best practices for r un ning security tools against software products and provide feedback to Cyber Res security team .
- Recommend , Implement , and support security tools .
Minimum Qualifications :
- University student working towards a degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or another technical field.
- Basic software development experience using languages such as C# ( or C/C++) , Gol ang , Python, Java
- Excellent analyt ical and problem-solving skills .
- Excellent written and verbal English skills .
- Security research and development interest.
Preferred knowledge and Skills:
- Secure Developmen t Li fe Cycle (SDLC)
- Threat Modeling
- Experience with security analysis tools such as Nmap , Nessus, Fortify, Burb Suite , and OWASP (Open Web Application Security Project) tool suite.
- Security Certifications such as CSSLP (preferred) or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional).
- K nowledge of cloud and web related technologies (such as Docker, Kubernetes, w eb applications, and w eb s e rvices ) and of network/web related protocols
