Customer Success is driving Intuit's transformation to become an "AI-driven expert platform", innovating on the way customers access expertise and digitizing the services industry. These customer experiences are delivered through offerings such as TurboTax Live and QuickBooks Live, and extend to how customers access help and support through their entire journey, across all of our offerings. What you'll bring
**This position is intended for students in a graduate degree-seeking program to which they will return to their academic program at the end of the summer internship in 2022, with a graduation date of Spring 2023. - A current student pursuing an MBA degree, graduating no sooner than December 2022 or May 2023 respectively
- Passion for tech industry (such as through major / minor, past work experience, extracurriculars)
- Excellent problem-solving skills, strong strategic thinking capabilities, good business judgment
- Comfortable working with data and deliver actionable business insights from the data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Driven and a self-starter; curious and enjoys solving hard problems
- Demonstrated ability to work in a highly cross-functional environment, develop strong relationships, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity

How You'll Make an Impact
Within SBSEG Customer Success, the Business Operations team partners with senior stakeholders to drive our strategy, enable accountability and transparency, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives that deliver outstanding customer and expert experiences. We also "hands on" drive or manage initiatives that are especially transformational in nature.
As a Customer Success, Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG) Business Operations MBA Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for innovation and technology, helping to revolutionize the way the world does business.
Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:
- Identifying new ideas to deliver a better customer experience to SBSEG customers and do so more effectively
- Recognizing and executing opportunities to make current customer success business processes run more effectively
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to structure and plan a strategic body of work
- Collaborate with customer success business leaders on a high priority initiative or workstream to ensure that outcomes are being delivered as expected
- Presenting work to senior and executive stakeholders and helping them execute strategies
Examples of projects may include:
- Building a 1+ year strategy with specific business initiatives to optimize customer experience and operating expenditure
- Developing a revenue (e.g. sales, customer retention) strategy for SBSEG customer success
- Creating a cross-functional forum to present performance results, issue resolution, and future state planning at the senior leadership level to ensure we are delivering on our financial goals and customer promises
