What you'll bring

**This position is intended for students in an undergraduate degree-seeking program to which they will return to their academic program at the end of the summer internship in 2022, with a graduation date of Spring 2023. About You:

  • A current student (junior year) pursuing a Bachelor's degree, graduating no sooner than May 2023
  • Exceptional written communication skills, with strong design aesthetics as it relates to the visual communication of information
  • Passion for tech industry and demonstrated interest in business, communication, marketing, employee engagement (such as through major / minor, past work experience, extracurriculars)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Driven and a self-starter; curious and enjoys solving hard problems

How you will lead

As a Program Management Intern for our Expert Communication and Engagement team, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for delivering delight to our growing network of Experts.

The Expert engagement team delivers end-to-end engagement and communication for all experts within the Network to drive expert sentiment, retention and create an environment that makes Intuit the employer of choice for financial professionals.

Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:

  • Develop and implement employee communication and engagement campaigns that drive the overall engagement strategy, reflect the key messages and connect to the target audience.
  • Identify and share campaign opportunities based on themes in expert feedback
  • Collaborate with partners across the company to establish and support communication requirements
  • Write, design and distribute campaigns to the virtual workforce
  • Collect, analyze, and report data on campaign performance



  • Experience in identifying and managing complex group dynamics and reacting real time to changes in content and/or process
  • Ability to think strategically in a complex environment
  • Strong project management experience (i.e., planning, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects/tasks) exhibiting solid end-to-end thinking
  • Strong written and oral communication and listening skills
  • Strong experience using Design for Delight (D4D) principles to understand customer needs, test and measure results
  • Experience managing data driven outcomes
