What you'll bring

**This position is intended for students in a graduate degree-seeking program to which they will return to their academic program at the end of the summer internship in 2022, with a graduation date of Spring 2023.   • A current student pursuing an MBA degree, graduating no sooner than May 2023
  • Knowledge of agile, scrum or lean startup
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, teamwork, and collaboration capabilities. Ability to lead and influence a cross-functional team while building strong relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate impact and rally teams behind a common goal
  • Entrepreneurial drive and the drive to take on stretch goals in a fast paced and innovative environment
  • Knowledge of data science, deep learning, and machine learning principles, tools, frameworks, and techniques
  • Knowledge and familiarity with trends in the data science and deep learning community
  • Knowledge of big data and cloud-based computing frameworks and models
  • Computer science/engineering/science/mathematics background with familiarity of data analysis, algorithms, statistical testing

As a Digital Platforms Product Management Intern, you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for innovation and technology, helping to revolutionize the way the world does business. Product Managers at Intuit take groundbreaking products from idea to reality. Product managers prioritize customer needs, lead agile development, and deliver awesome products and experiences to improve the lives of our customers. Intuit's Product Management internship program is a selective program that prepares innovative thinkers and team players to be the future product management leaders of FinTech. PM interns at Intuit work on high impact and high visibility assignments that are challenging and rewarding. The program gives them coaching and mentorship from senior leaders and experienced product managers while they bring their ideas and recommendations to life and change the trajectory of our business. Our team's mission is to enable intelligent, proactive, and predictive digital experiences and capabilities that power tech-enabled expertise and seamless connections between customers and experts.

Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:

  • Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, analysts, and customer care to create new revolutionary products and advance existing ones
  • Become an expert on the customer by understanding both qualitative and quantitative data to build empathy for the customer's problem and form data-driven hypotheses
  • Gather requirements, define experiences and use cases, lead product planning, and create the product roadmap
  • Deliver product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation in an agile environment
