What you'll bring

**This position is intended for students in an undergraduate degree-seeking program to which they will return to their academic program at the end of the summer internship in 2022, with a graduation date of Spring 2023. About You:

  • A current student (junior year) in an undergraduate degree seeking program pursuing a bachelor's degree, graduating no sooner than May 2023
  • Passion for tech industry and demonstrated interest in business (such as through major/minor, past work experience, extracurriculars)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and good judgment
  • Comfortable spinning up a spreadsheet model/working with information, and creating a slide presentation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Driven and a self-starter; curious and enjoys solving hard problems

How you will lead

How You'll Make an Impact:

Within SBSEG Customer Success, the Business Operations team partners with senior stakeholders to drive our strategy, enable accountability and transparency, and ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives that deliver outstanding customer and expert experiences. We also "hands on" drive or manage initiatives that are especially transformational in nature.

As a Customer Success Business Operations Intern within Intuit's Small Business and Self-Employed Group (SBSEG), you will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team of winners with a passion for innovation and technology, helping to revolutionize the way the world does business.

Specific responsibilities and projects will be assigned at the beginning of the internship and may include:

  • Analyzing key business processes and create / executing recommendations to operate more effectively
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to create the approach and plan for a strategic body of work
  • Project managing a high priority initiative or workstream to ensure that outcomes are being delivered as expected
  • Presenting work to senior and executive stakeholders
