About this roll* (Responsibilities)
The Toast Customer Marketing team is responsible for driving advocacy, revenue, and retention of our restaurant customers. The Customer Marketing Co-Op will be responsible for supporting our Customer Marketing team, focused on driving acquisition of Toast Capital. In this role you will be responsible for partnering with Customer Marketers, Marketing Operations and our Product Marketing team to help execute programs to drive growth. You will support your team in executing comprehensive campaigns, tests and research to help achieve those goals. This is a high-impact and cross-functional role that will drive long-term shareholder value and provide an incredible experience to an entrepreneurial Marketer.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Customer Marketing manager in content creation for campaigns
- Execute email, in-product and paid campaigns
- Gather and report on campaign performance metrics and insights
- Partner with Customer Marketing Manager and Business Intelligence to formalize funnel performance and weekly readouts
- Primary point of contact managing legal and partner content reviews
- Review, build and maintain a pre-approved content library that can be used across all marketing channels
Experience/Qualifications:
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Data-minded with analytical capabilities to help focus on key insights
- Experience with Marketo and other like Marketing Technology tools a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program
