Content Developer Intern
The Learning & Enablement Content Developer Intern contributes to the development and creation of learning assets, conducting research on L&E best practices, partnering with Subject Matter Experts, and collaborating with Instructional Designers. This internship will be a chance to expand upon the candidate's creativity, and gain exposure to the L&E Industry.
Origami Risk is currently recruiting for candidates interested in a 12-week, paid, in-person internship based in our Atlanta Office during Summer 2023.

Responsibilities
- Partners with Learning & Enablement Instructional Designers to create learning assets based on course design specifications. Learning assets may include eLearning, Video, Case Studies, Gamification, Knowledge Checks, Assessments, Simulations, etc.
- Develops content for changing needs, scalability, efficiency, and reusability by multiple audiences.
- Integrates adult learning best practices and thought leadership into all course development.
- Conducts research required to develop applicable training content.
- Ensures content outline matches established objectives.
- Prepares facilitator support materials along with all course materials.
- Works with subject matter experts to review course content.
- Addresses changes and feedback to course deliverables in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Working on a bachelor's or master's degree in Education, English, Human Resources, Instructional Design, Communications or related degree
- Passion for helping
- Knowledge or experience with video editing is a plus, but not required
