Core Responsibilities

• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Responsible for supporting the Product, Program and Deployment (PP&D) team for Comcast Business Mobile, the fastest growing product in the Comcast Business product portfolio. Intern will have the opportunity to work with a fast moving team on a new product with an exciting value proposition for small business customers. This will include attending and eventually hosting regular program meetings, disseminating information from the calls, and following up to ensure action. Intern will also gain exposure and aide in steps of the Product lifecycle, from requirements development to deployment.

Intern responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Effectively communicate our POR to internal stakeholders and provide context as it evolves
• Organize agenda, presenters, notes and host cross functional and End to End calls on a weekly basis
• Map out agent sales process to provide concrete guidance for the team, as well as suggest future improvements
• Collect feedback from End to End teams following product launch in order to improve future launches
• Assist with managing content delivery for new product features
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
