The Red Hat Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) team is looking for a Business Operations Analyst Intern to join our global team. In this role, you will work with a global team of facility operations associates in support of process analysis and improvement. You'll be responsible for analyzing the workflows and processes around office services, programs, and Facilities Operations (FacOps) initiatives, to provide insight and gap solutions while developing documentation which highlight the relationships between FacOps and their customers, business partners, and qualitative versus qualitative data. Additional tasks include vendor management and strategy analysis, partnering on suitability program development. To succeed in this role, you should be highly motivated, strive for excellence, adapt well to change, be solutions and data driven, and have excellent time and task management skills in a fast-paced corporate environment.
What you will do

  • Assist with analyzing core office services, programs and other GWS initiatives to provide process insight, guide data-based decision making, and create process documentation in the form of summary one pagers and process flow charts
  • Support the global program teams through review and analysis of team processes to help increase clarity in project development, communication, and implementation
  • Support global process analysis projects from start to finish, including preparing and presenting business justifications, scope of work and budget requirements, ROI, ongoing real-time on-demand status updates, etc.
  • Support coordination with Finance, Data Analytics, Real Estate, Workplace Innovation, and IT teams on projects which will increase high-level understanding of how these teams work together on various FacOps managed services and projects
  • Support facility management, site services, and operational efficiency
  • Support internal and external site service and program communications
  • Support the development and implementation of a Sustainability Program
