The Sales Team

The Role
The Sales Engineer Intern will immerse themselves within the Arity sales team, learn our products and help build the messaging, materials, and technical demonstrations for key opportunities throughout the summer. They will have the opportunity to use their engineering background and see how it can be beneficial within a sales team in winning deals across the insurance, automotive aftermarket and financial industries. They will have an opportunity to be in front of potential customers presenting Arity material.
Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Learn about the Arity platform and products!
- Learn what a sales engineer career path involves!
- Learn more about how a technology startup operates!
- Help Arity win some deals!
- Collaborate with various product and engineering teams about our current products and future features customers are requesting.
- Maintain awareness and have ability to demonstrate features of all generally available (GA) products and their associated business benefits.
- Support answering pre-sales technical questions and help customers evaluate our technology solutions.
- Aid in authoring Requests for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP) for prospective customers.
- Assist with proposal and statement of work development.
- Design, manage and execute evaluations and pilot projects for potential customers.
- Participate in industry-related conferences and events which includes speaking, technical demonstrations, and networking to generate leads.
- Produce presentation assets and interactive product demonstrations to support the technical content of our sales and marketing efforts.
- Track customer interactions in Salesforce, with meaningful insights into the progress and current requirements toward successful implementation of our solutions.’
Job Qualifications
The salary for this role will be determined based on the school year you are entering in 2023-2024.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation, which includes a drug screen.
