The Program:

The HAROLD Internship Program is one of the most advanced trainings of its kind for early-career professionals looking to push their critical thinking and know-how to the limit during an exhilarating 10-week experience. During this paid internship, interns work alongside top professionals in the field, participating in everything from strategy discussions to creative sessions. The summer internship program offers an invaluable career-development experience that often leads to full-time employment opportunities at BCW after the program concludes. The Role:

BCW's Creative team brings to life integrated campaigns through both an earned and paid mindset. To be successful within this team, a strong grasp of Purpose and the Internet Culture is key, as is a curious mind with a vast amount of interests and passions outside of "work". The Creative team partners across an immense and varied base of clients, from start-ups to Fortune 50 brands. You will work with a diverse team of account service, research, planning, design, digital and creative professionals that are always pushing for meaningful and well-crafted work that creates impact

We are looking for a highly motivated and conceptual Art Director and Copywriter to join our Creative team. To be considered, you will have a portfolio of student work that showcases your ability to create integrated campaign concepts.

The program will run from June 26-September 1, 2023 and you will be tied to one of our offices across North America. The health and well-being of our employees, including you as our future intern, are our top priorities. All of our offices are open and we plan to welcome you to them as many days a week as you'd like, but BCW North America is currently following an 8 day/month in the office hybrid policy.
